FV-12ESC1 Product Description

The Intelli-Balance® Elite Plus+ Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) series is ideal for multifamily units and new home build constructions. They are customizable, delivering high energy recovery performance achieving up to 90% SRE, designed to meet Green Building Code standards. These unique and cost-effective ERVs have been engineered for total versatility and installation flexibility in any climate zone. The occupant-controlled boost function can move the ERV fan speed to maximum CFM when activated.

Key Features:

All models can be adjusted for mirror installation and are equipped with a standard power cord and a hardwire adaptor kit 
Two (2) powerful ECM motors with Smart Flow™ technology ensure optimum CFM output by overcoming static pressure to effectively remove contaminated air and replace with fresh air 
Multi-speed selector (30 to 120 CFM) provides customizable airflow to create balanced, positive or negative pressure within the home 
Core material permeated with anti-mold treatment. Two (2) MERV 13 filters included, optional MERV 6 (washable) and MERV 13 replacements available 
Optional Accessories: Touch screen LED wall control allows for CFM selection, occupant controllable boost function, and status/error updates (FID). Wi-Fi module works with phone app. WhisperControl Low Voltage Timer allows for instant boost at the touch of a button
