All orders placed by 11:00AM Pacific time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. If an item is currently out of stock when an order is placed, a notification email will be sent regarding the status of the backorder and the approximate time frame in which the item will be shipped.

No refunds under any circumstances unless the product is defective or damaged. Product must be in original packaging and must contact us within 2 weeks of the delivery date for a full refund.
