SSB-TBAR Product Description

Simple Support Bracket with T-bar Drop Ceiling Mounting Clips adjusts from 15" to 25" for mounting boxes horizontally between T-bar drop ceiling grids.

Features:

- Telescoping bracket adjusts from 15" to 25"
- Can be preassembled to save time and reduce injury on the job site
- Must be accompanied with either UMAB or UMAB-4R Series to mount overhead devices
- Install standard junction boxes quickly with snap-on Adapters: UMA (4" and 4-11/16" Sq. only) and UMA-LVBS (up to 5" Sq.)
- Includes two riveted clips for T-bar drop ceiling installation. Tek screw provisions on each clip help comply with NEC 314.23 (D) (1)
- T-bar grid clips also include branch line restraint holes to meet earthquake codes
- SSB-TBAR rigidity prevents downward pressure on ceiling tiles, even at full extension
- Order preassembled, Ready-To-Install with FA-TBAR-UMAB and SSBT-4R
