3LD2T5H-2M50-1 Product Description
Lutron Ballast Retrofit Kits by C-Flex simplify design and reduce installation steps. No new wiring is necessary and there is no need to open the ceiling - just use the existing control system hardware without any complicated special programming. Order one model number, and installation is a simple 1:1 replacement of lamps and ballasts without needing permits. Start with a small pilot project and upgrade spaces over time. Kits include LED lamps and drivers pretested for compatibility and performance. LEDs are the design standard in commercial buildings, as replacing fluorescent lamps and ballasts gets difficult, Lutron Ballast Retrofit kits by C-Flex make upgrades easy. LEDs offer significant advantages over fluorescents because they contain no mercury, have a longer lamp life, enhanced energy and cost savings, as well as a higher performance. Multiple options available for all popular fluorescent lamp types and fixture configurations such as, T8, T5, T5HO, Twin Tubes (Biax), Round compacts, vertical and horizontal CFL lamp types.

About Lutron:
Lutron designs and manufactures automated light and shade controls for homes and commercial applications. Our story began in the late 1950s in Joel Spira’s makeshift lab in New York City. A young physicist fascinated by the aesthetic manipulation of light, Spira commandeered the spare bedroom in the apartment he shared with his wife, Ruth, and set out to invent a solid-state device that would enable people to vary the intensity of the lights in their homes. The result? The world’s first solid state dimmer-and the birth of the lighting control industry. Since then, Lutron has been busy innovating. We hold over 2,700 worldwide patents and were the first company to create a system of dimmer and motorized window shades for controlling both electric light and daylight.
