This 35 watt 2x2 LED troffer with CREE's SmartCast Technology is one of the most intelligent light solutions in the industry with advanced occupancy sensing and wireless communication to achieve up to 70% in energy savings and reduced maintenance at up to half the cost of other lighting solutions. The ZR22 delivers the highest quality light in a color temperature of 3500K at 90 lumens per watt and an incredible 3200 lumens. The troffer is ideal for both new construction or renovation.
