All Westgate MFG orders placed by 11:00 AM Pacific time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. If an item is currently out of stock when an order is placed, a notification email will be sent regarding the status of the backorder and the approximate time frame in which the item will be shipped.

Buy Rite is unable to guarantee transit times for our shipments as unexpected delays might occur that are outside of our control.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly replace the item or refund the purchase price. Please note that in some cases a 20% restocking fee will be required. This fee may be waived at your customer service representative’s discretion when obtaining your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds are only issued if the product is defective or damaged. The product must be in its original packaging and you must contact us within 2 weeks of the delivery date for a full refund.
