NHRPT6-2642EL Product Description

Architectural six inch horizontal down light rated for use with one quad or triple tube lamp. For use in existing sheet rock ceilings where access is only available from below the ceiling. Use in non insulated ceiling, where insulation can be kept 3" from fixture, and 1/2" from adjacent building components. Adheres to the minimum lumens to watts ratio that qualifies to Energy Star.

SPECIFICATIONS :

CONSTRUCTION
Plaster Frame: Architectural quality 0.050 galvanized steel ring riveted to elevated 0.064 steel junction box and ballast tray.

Clearance: Non-IC frame-ins require a minimum clearance of 3" around from thermal insulation and 1/2" from combustible material from above the fixture.

Socket Cup: Die-cast formed galvanized steel with one 4-pin socket. The socket cup attaches to the finishing trim with two present screws that allow for minor rotation within two keyhole slots.

Mounting: Three high tension tempered steel springs secure remodel housing to 5/8" thick (max) ceiling (Hole cutout template provided for convenience).

Junction Box: Prewired 25 cubic inch 0.064" thick galvanized steel, with five 1/2", two 3/4" knockouts, four Romex® pryouts, and snap on covers. All leads are #18AWG wire, the ground wire is connected to the bottom, and quick connectors are supplied on all leads. Through branch circuit wiring, (4-in, 4-out).
